Hobby farm on 5 acres, ready for your vision! This Dover property is a big opportunity for an investor or handy buyer. The farmhouse is gutted and freshly spray foamed, with plumbing and electric partially stubbed in. Extra wire and a few plumbing fixtures stay with the property. Heating and an electric service upgrade are still needed. Three outbuildings in varying condition, plus a covered cold storage building with two horse stalls. The remaining 3' foundation walls of the old milk barn could be rebuilt as a large shop or garage. Open country views and room to spread out. Finish the house, build the shop, and make it yours.
