Presenting a rare 21-acre plot in Covert, historically known to locals as "Thunder Mountain." The property is development-ready, with a gravel road in place and one building site already cleared. Lake Michigan views and 300 feet of frontage on Rogers Creek, which flows into the lake, add to its appeal. Please note that there is no public beach access. The parcel is zoned Residential and may accommodate up to seven homes, making it well suited to a private family estate, a small residential development, or a long-term investment. Located approximately 11 miles from St. Joseph and 10 miles from South Haven, the property offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and Lake Michigan beaches. The property is not marked at the road and has a gate for access. For safety and liability reasons, please do not enter or walk the property without a licensed Realtor present.
