Paradise Beach cleared stand with 3 boundary walls. 
The evening sunset views towards the west are breathtaking.  The stand is sloped, making for better and higher views over the open green fields.  The stand is close to the beach and the Zeeikoei river, where birds such as Flamingo's sometimes adorn the waters.  Paradise Beach is a conservation conscious community, so don't be alarmed when the bokkies roam freely about in the area. The Zeeikoei river mouth is also within walking distance.  There is also a shop nearby.  
There is a water tank on the stand already and has been conveniently cleared, so it is ready for your imagination to design your perfect "sunset-viewing" home.
