Beautiful tract with rolling hills and quiet country roads. Some pasture but mostly woods. Land is being parceled off of a larger tract so survey and exact acreage will be completed durring the contract process. Soil test (perk site) has not been done yet but the other previously sectioned off tracts have been perked ok with same soil type.
