The property is ideally suited for a quiet, young professional couple with no pets. Due to the steep stairs, the property is not conducive for a mature couple or toddlers / young children, but better suited for an older child who is of school going age.
The flat comprises of 2 bedrooms (one opens to the balcony) and one shared bathroom, which comes with a washing machine, for your convenience.
