This site is in Escom Road on the corner of Chelsea & Escom New Germany. Currently it has 2 leases expiring August & September 2026. It would suit a truck stop or workshop manufacturing environment though the land geotec is not suitable for building a large permanent structure which would require deep foundations and heavy concrete yard. This is due to its location close to a riverbank with a downslope and thus would only suit a small building with the open yard being used.There are multi level offices directly across the road with toilets which can be purchased or let as a section. There are currently basic services onsite.
