Netherton Tech Park is a new business park which sits just off New Road on the outskirts of Highly, Bridgnorth, being just 6 miles from Kidderminster, 5 miles south of Bridgnorth, and 20 miles west of Dudley in the Black Country.

Each individual unit totals circa 1,650 sq ft GEA. Therefore, the remaining 13 units will provide a total of circa 21,450 sq ft GEA upon completion. These units can be joined together to make larger individual units, and overall square footage may vary depending on how mezzanine floors etc. are finished.

The freehold of the site to be sold by way of auction.
