Decorated with Italian tiles throughout, with a sparkling pool and undercover patio area, this property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a small cellar / games room downstairs.
All living areas open to a private central courtyard with braai facilities. Fully equipped kitchen and separate scullery with all appliances and indoor fireplace for those chilly nights.
Facilities include uncapped Wi-Fi with access to Netflix and other packages using your own Login account details.
No Garages will be included in the rental as the owner uses it as his private storage facility.
This property can comfortably accommodate 8 people in total. Housekeeping facilities are available on request at an additional charge.
Minimum of 4 nights preferred out of Season.
Minimum of 10-14 nights preferred over the Peak Season (1 December to 15 January).

Rates:
Low Season - R4 500 per night - Minimum of 4 nights required
High Season - R6 500 per night - (includes School Holidays, Easter, Oyster Festival) - Minimum of 5-7 nights preferred
Peak Season - R9 000 per night -- (15 Dec to 15 Jan) - Minimum of 10-14 nights required
Rates dependent on the time of the year and the length of stay.
