The pitch – Artist residency, shared housing, participatory & intergenerational co-living

This place is looking for families, artists, creators, inspiring seniors, young talents or curious souls who want to co-write a new way of living.
Here, everyone keeps their privacy (independent, modular housing as desired), but all share the desire to live together differently: daily mutual aid, intergenerational exchanges, collective creation, festive moments around the riverside bar, artistic projects nourished by the calm of the estuary.
A place where the artist in residence can sculpt, paint or write by the stream, while children play and elders pass on their know-how.
A chic and authentic co-living, participatory without being constraining, where the "we" enriches the "I".
