Our home nestles in the most picturesque surroundings which we fell in love with when we first viewed! The apartment building has communal well-maintained gardens surrounding it with views over the canal & Apsley lock. It is so peaceful and such a treat to have a short stroll to a local pub enjoy a drink and the beautiful surroundings.

We have two allocated parking spaces, visitor parking and ample off-road parking which has been useful when we have had friends and family to stay.

Our apartment has a cosy lounge/diner – the perfect place to relax and unwind or to sit and enjoy dinner. The apartment is quiet and tranquil.

We have a well-equipped kitchen which has ample cupboard space to store what we need as well as the appliances.

We have two good size bedrooms.

Our family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

Throughout the apartment there is built in cupboards offering additional storage.

Within the building there is a real sense of community with our friendly neighbours and the well-maintained grounds already mentioned it is a wonderful place to live, giving you that safe homely feel. We are in the catchment area to good local schools, have an array of shops and amenities on the doorstep as well as a short walk to the train station with high-speed links into London.
